This Privacy Policy describes how Pizza Delight, a division of Imvescor Restaurants group Inc. and its affiliated companies (“Pizza Delight”, “we” or “us”) collect, process, use, disclose and protect your Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with your use of the Pizza Delight website (the “Website”) and the services we provide through the Web (the “Services”). By using the Website or the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

1. How we collect Personal Information

Some of the information that we collect about you in connection with the Website or the Services will be your personal information, meaning information which relates to you and which may be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information”).

However, by doing so, certain functionalities of the Services may no longer be available to you.

3. How we share Personal Information

We have engaged certain third party service providers to process information on our behalf. These include entities which provide credit card payment processing services and customers support services.

In addition, we may provide your Personal Information to restaurants or to which you place an order through the Website or our affiliated partners (“Delivery Restaurants”). By submitting your Personal Information, you agree to the transfer of your Personal Information to Delivery Restaurants and to the storage and processing of your Personal Information by Delivery Restaurants.

The Website processes Personal Information on our servers and those of our service providers in many countries around the world. The collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information as contemplated by this Privacy Policy may therefore involve a transfer of your Personal Information to jurisdictions located outside your country of residence. Your Personal Information is subject to the laws of the country in which it is held, and may be subject to disclosure to courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of such other country, pursuant to the laws of such country.

We may also use other services provided by Google Analytics from time to time. Without limitation, we are not responsible for the content of these sites, any products or services that may be offered through these sites or any other use of these sites, nor for any Personal Information processing and privacy practices associated with such sites.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services, and that may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.

The file containing your personal information will be kept in our offices or on our servers or those of our service providers and staff or employees that require it for the purposes of their duties will have access to this information.

You can access, review and edit your Personal Information at any time by logging into your user account and visiting your user profile. Once you have access to your user profile, you can review and edit any Personal Information you provided to us when you register a user account through the Website.
